Property development remains as the main focus of lck holdings activities and 1982 is the landmark year in the company history with the successful completion of the first housing project know as taman sri semenyih. From there onwards, the company has went on to successfully undertake and complete many development projects.
Besides this, the company has work hand in hand with the state secretary incorporation, a body of the selangor state government in a numeroues joint venture efforts for mix development project which include taman idaman at serendah, taman permai at banting and taman klang perdana at klang and other future joint venture efforts.
In additional, lck has many outstation projects in area situated in pahang, melaka, negeri smbilan and johore. It has always been the company’s vision to contribute the country growth by providing more quality and affordable houses and buildings for the public. And the company has striving towards the vision of providing one family, one house.
